【開估：Snowpeace Bone Nut 暗藏咗咩細節？】

多謝上一帖文咁多位琴友留言！估唔到大家睇得咁細緻，幾位師兄仲一眼睇穿重點，真係內行。

今次幫呢支 1976 年 Gibson Les Paul 訂製嘅骨 Nut，背後做了三個核心幾何處理：

1. 弦槽「只包一半」（Half-Depth Slot）

槽深大約只有弦線直徑嘅 50%。

為什麼？傳統深槽會夾緊琴弦（Pinching）。淺槽能大大減少摩擦力，Bend 線或大力彈完後琴弦順暢回位，調音穩定度大升。

2. 3D 弧形斜角出口（Radiused Slot Exit）

順應琴頭角度與琴弦走向，修出圓滑嘅 3D 弧面過渡。

為什麼？完全消除銳角！除咗 Bend 線更順、減少斷弦，圓滑嘅連續支撐能減少振動能量損耗，讓 Sustain（延音）明顯變長，音色更溫暖。

3. 「山谷型」防脫槽設計（Valley Contour）

槽做咁淺，大力彈會唔會飛弦？

答案係：完全唔會！弦槽切面呈順滑嘅山谷型，即使大力打弦或大拉 Bend 線，兩側斜面依然能穩穩保護琴弦。完美平衡「超低摩擦」與「穩固不脫槽」。

[Revealed: 1976 Les Paul Bone Nut Geometric Secrets]

Huge thanks to everyone who joined our guessing game! A few of you spotted the key details right away.

For this vintage 1976 Gibson Les Paul, we crafted a custom bone nut with 3 precision geometric features:

1. Half-Depth Slots

Holds ~50% of the string's diameter.

Why? Deep slots pinch the string. Keeping them shallow minimizes friction, allowing strings to return smoothly after heavy bends for maximum tuning stability.

2. Radiused 3D Slot Exits

A smooth curved transition following the headstock angle and string path.

Why? Eliminates sharp pressure points to prevent string breakage. Continuous support reduces vibration loss, yielding noticeably longer sustain and a warmer tone.

3. Valley-Shaped Contour

Will shallow slots let strings pop out?

Not at all! The cross-section is shaped like a gentle valley. Even during aggressive strumming or big bends, the side slopes reliably keep the string locked in place.
