今日Setup 一支 Gibson ES-175 ，呢個型號係 Gibson 在 1949 年推出的一款Full-Hollow電吉他。它的「ES」代表 Electric Spanish，175 是當時售價標示（$175）的一部分😎

我覺得每一支舊年代既Gibson Guitar嘅neck joint、fretboard情況、Body 木材密度，resonance node（共振點）都唔一樣，每支都有唔同個性。

所以 setup 唔可以只靠數字，要用耳仔、手指、感覺去「聽返嚟」。

Hollow Body 的話，好多時樂手都想結他調教到有一種呼吸感😉

Today I did a setup on a Gibson ES-175, a full-hollow electric guitar model that Gibson first introduced back in 1949. The “ES” stands for Electric Spanish, and the “175” came from its original price tag — $175 😎

I personally feel that every vintage Gibson guitar has its own personality — the neck joint, fretboard condition, body wood density, and resonance nodes are all slightly different.

That’s why you can’t rely only on numbers when setting them up — you have to listen, feel, and sense the instrument with your own hands and ears.

For hollow-body guitars, many players love to have a setup that gives the instrument a sense of breathing.
