最近收到一支 1976 年嘅 Gibson Les Paul，發現原廠竟然完全缺失咗連接 Bridge（琴橋）嘅地線，導致雜音問題。
要重新接地，必須先拔出琴橋嘅 Metal Bushing。為了 100% 無損保護近 50 年嘅老漆面，我用 CNC 數控 加工咗幾個專用金屬圓柱體放入孔內，再扭入螺絲，利用反作用力將 Bushing 平穩擠壓出來。
接著使用超長鑽頭（Long Drill Bit），由 Bushing 孔底精準斜鑽貫穿至 Control Cavity，順利穿入地線並完成焊接。裝回 Bushing 後測試，雜音完全消失，成功喺無損琴身嘅情況下完成接地！

1976 Gibson Les Paul Missing Bridge Ground Fix: CNC Extraction & Precision Drilling
We recently worked on a vintage 1976 Gibson Les Paul that suffered from severe hum issues. The culprit? It completely lacked a bridge grounding wire from the factory!
To route a new ground wire, the bridge bushing had to be removed first. To ensure zero damage to the 50-year-old lacquer, I machined custom metal spacers using a CNC mill. Placed inside the bushing hole, tightening the bolt against the spacer safely jacked the bushing straight out without stressing the wood or finish.
Next, using an extended-reach drill bit, I precisely drilled a channel from the bushing cavity straight into the control cavity. After threading and soldering the new ground wire, the bushing was pressed back in.
Testing confirmed the hum was completely gone! a clean, non-invasive fix for a classic piece of history!
